A former print works turned live-work loft
450 m² of raw floor, a magnificent steel frame and not a single partition. The brief: house a family without breaking the volume.
We designed inhabited boxes — bedrooms, bathroom, laundry — set like furniture in the middle of the space.

Polished concrete runs unbroken from end to end. Services stay exposed, painted a graphite grey that makes them recede.
